25/03/07. new stage begins

It was an ordinary sunday for us but unexpectedly turn out to be a beautiful sunday..

I was just simply suggest a place to go but eventually given you a chance..

Sitting at the beach chair at Palawan Beach was indeed a breesing treat after the dinner. While i was browsing through the photo taken today.. u pass two papers for me to read. I start to whisper in my heart.."ha.. something prepared for today's outing ha.."

"I have used the special scope to search for more than 70 diamond rings but yet to find one. I wan to get a special ring for you and have the affinity with me. You must understand the "flame" reflected from the diamond represents the everlasting love.."

ya.. I really uderstand the effort you have put in and it's very touch to see every pieces of words that you wrote had showed your sincerity.. Gracefully, you pop me the question.. the question that all woman in love is fancy on. OMG.. gals, it's easy to have wish on that moment, but it's really stunt and you won't know how to react one. I keep saying "don't bluff la.. u wrote that u are still searching what.." You asked for my hand.. and I saw the ring was slot into my finger.. WOah.. unbelievable..

Along the way back to Imbiah outlook.. I ask you "why today? We have lots of quarrels along the outing today" (yap.. it's true, I can quarrel with you any tiny things) .. you said "becos I wan to prove that even though we quarrel a lot.. we still make it through."

What you have wrote in the comment really impressed myself. Never know that the one who knows a diamond better is Man rather than Woman.

I have learnt that we should look at the real meaning of having a diamond ring for proposal but not the VALUE itself. Value doesn't reflect the sincerity and the love.

From others feedback, you may know that actually gals understand that the person is more valuable than a diamond.. right?

真是够朋友的咯, 毕业8,9年都没联络... 此刻见面, 就是那一封红色炸弹咯!! 喜事一桩.. 见了面还是老朋友... 真的要祝福你呀!

为了接请帖.. 我们赴了塏凌(以后就要这样唤你了, 为了不辜负以美满婚姻而改的名)的约.. 见着了好久都没见面的AV会员... 从彼此互相的updates里.. 许多快被我所遗忘的名字与脸孔又开始浮现.. 甚至是叱咤AV的熊老师!

别人的updates都很精彩似地. 而我与娴的.. 就点到"在新加坡做工"仅此而已.. ** 沮丧 ** 不是我孤僻.. 而是真的觉得.. 在新加坡这些年.. 所过的大学生活, 所做的工.. 并没让我有太多的爆点去updates....

不得不承认.. 自己已经到了这个必须承担自己的人生的年纪了.. 被大家所关怀问候的问题也已经从当初的"毕业了没有?"... 到现在的"几时要结婚?"的time frame里了... 当然非常standard的reply就是"到时会通知你" ** 闷到不行!! **

Am I prepared for the plans that going to have in my future? feel like sometimes I'm still a little young gal living in the arms of my parents.. 3 years later and i'm going to be 30.. GOSHHH !! ** 疯掉!! ** I do wish to get married and have a pair of kids before my 30 .. but the age is getting closer and seems I'm still living in the same cycle..

Guys.. tight budget.. will you spend few K for a diamond ring to propose?

Why is it so costly to stay?

Have been calling agents and arrange for flat viewing recently.. and this flat hunting is causing another confusion in my mind.. why is it so costly to survive and stay in singapore?

It's a simple request.. we jus need to small hut for the siblings to stay together lo.. why is it all the sudden soooo many ppl looking for rental flat as well? demand more than supply.. the owner choose the higher offer.. choose the higher qualified tenants.. It has turn into an auction session to close a rental deal now.. gosh..

Can't understand why singapore's properties are so expensive! thought the gov are helping the needy? but can they control the properties cost?? how come the RICH can spend Millions and Millions in CBD Condo? Only Rich can go further Rich.. the middle rage.. jus hang on.. hang on.. hang on..

Money not enough eh... what can be done for the few K that earn every month?

Something bothering me..

Went to NUH for my follow up check up on Wed, has been a year before the one year open date appointment expired. Though my knee cap fracture already healed up long ago.. but certain pains still remain whenver I press the injured area. Knee joint always feeling tight whenever I stand too long or just ANYTIME. I found that I can't knee down as per normal.. gotta slant a bit to avoid direct pressure of knee cap on the ground.

My Doc checked my knee and concluded that "Your knee cap is fully recovered. The pain might due to the injuries of ligament or cartilage." He further explained that normal X-ray won't be able to view the ligament or cartilage, the only way is go for MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). This kind of scanning cost at least $600... damn expensive lo!!

He gave me two options:
1) Is the pain really that bothering you? If you are worried and would like me to investigate, then we shall go for MRI.
2) If the pain doesn't bothering you.. you can just let the pain go on as time goes..

My Question is: Is this pain permanent or it just need to take longer time ?

No answers. So does it mean that I have take up option 1?

Dinner @ The Pump Room, Clark Quay

OMG.. There was an earthquake yesterday during lunch time. Singapore & JB were affected and can feel the shake. I was on my way to have lunch .. therefore I didn't feel the shake.

Apart from the HOT topic of earthquake yesterday, the dinner was suggested by tin as someone said she wan to give a treat! Then we start to discuss the place for dinner.. "i don't know where got good food" .. okay.. "then let's start our searching for good food now.." I took out the newspaper.. flip & flip.. and suggested the Pump Room as advertised in TODAY.

The Pump Room @ Clarke Quay is an Aussie restaurant with their own brewery of beer. Okay.. beer is out of my choice, but the other ladies are drinkers. Hm.. to have dinner with frds at night, i got to leave office at least at 530pm, but to everybody's surprise, my official knock off time is 730pm.. lo? I used my usual way(hm.. not to be mentioned here) to leave at 530pm..

Frankly, I rarely have a chance to have any meals ard Clark Quay.. but it was a good try last nite and a fruitful exploring for me.. The best taste would be the black pepper sirloin steak (nice!!!).. others like burger, dory fish & seafood basket is above the average. The dessert look nice but too sweet for us.. and we didn't finish them.. tin.. thanks for the treat!

Talked abt the Chocolate Factory @ The Pier.. we were lead by Eric to try his highly recommended flourless chocolate cake.. Eemm.. That's really NICE !! but eric, apple pie is too sour to be finished lo !! I must say that the surronding area at the pier is really classy.. comfy.. soothing.. Can you imagine a 兵马俑 placing at a Condo's balcony??

Walking back towards the MRT was a long way to go.. but it's a sweet stroll with him ...
