Waterspout vs MOM Chaotic
While everyone was talking about the waterspout at East Singapore.. there were another BIG thing happening at West Sg too...
Right here.. my workplace at tuas! Two MOM big guys slam into the office and looking for project manager. That's funny that they thought I’m the PM when I greet them.. do I look like a PM? For that instance, I knew what will happen later.. it's expected for me!! The constructing building were not barricaded, whoever drove pass sure know this is non-conformance!
When I saw their namecards.. OHH ! One AngMoh is the Director of OSH department, another Singh is Group Head.. no wonder so ON! Hm.. Syscon.. definitely sure kena jia lat jia lat this time!
Expected. AL went up the construction building with them.. FULL STOP WORK order is given. Never end.. they went into the precast yard and point out more ~~~ Another FULL STOP WORK order for production yard.. they commented the worker quarters is INCREDIBLE! TERRIBLE !! uh.. It's the worker indirectly sabotage us.. especially China workers.. I really can't imagine how they can stay in such a dirty and smelly quarters! Half way inspection, a MOM bus with another 4 inspectors arrived.. eh.. there's no fatal accident what.. why so dramatic?
All workers and staffs were gathered at the quaters & office.. only Managers following the inspectors. Are we watching a movie? sort of.. jus watching the inspector up & down, taking few hundreds of photo.. and wait for the "execution" later
Well.. we staff put today 526 as our housekeeping day, a real big housekeeping .. with a total of 200 workers. Only housekeeping is allowed over the weekend, gotta inform them for inspection on Monday.. never know when will the START WORK order given..
This is really a good lesson for the management.. if not they will only put their focus on Production & Delivery.. never have a stronger effort in SAFETY.

Bosses are never interested in safety..they are interested in Politics and FIGHTING and MONEY!!

You see.. the bosses started to conclude that it must be somebody sabotage us n complaint to MOM. Till now they haven't realised the actual safety measurement is REQUIRED?? Names of ex-staff or competitors were came out from their discussion.. disgusting!!
JL.. does a complaint made the Director came down for investigation personnally?? I believe you have hear a lot from yr side there.. Caught by director!?! that's big news man..
GW.. these few days only do housekeeping lo. I went to see.. gosh, if not this event, think the production line won't clean up their YEARS piled concrete waste & mesh waste. yucks! At least.. after this, i can see a cleaner quaters & neaty line..
Nope..actualli its a new intiative where inspections will be stepped up thru the whole spore.
Even i have to go for insepction too!...
The ang-mo is out director..and driectors are suppsoed to go inspection too!!!!....its a MUST....

haiz... if they dun wan to change their mind-set, the whole company will not move forward. Got problem alr then blame ple, they themselves dun even care about the safety of workers.
Psst, is my name being called out? lol~ bet they tink ex-staffs all wan to "hai ta men". Why would they tink tt way? Frm my theory, it's cuz they themselves know they're not kind to ple so ple wil be unkind back to them. ha~ "xiao ren zi xin du jun zhi ji fu"
